1. Website use

This website provides information about KR Influence, creator and brand partnerships, campaign coordination, contact forms and related resources. Content is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice.

2. Campaigns and services

Campaign scope, creator selection, deliverables, content approvals, deadlines, fees, commissions, payment responsibilities, usage rights, exclusivity, revisions, cancellation terms and reporting expectations must be agreed in writing for each engagement before work begins. An enquiry or proposal request does not itself create a binding service contract. Creator availability and campaign outcomes are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Where KR Influence coordinates a brand or creator relationship, the parties should clarify whom the agency represents, the agency's responsibilities and any applicable fees or commissions. Creators and brands remain responsible for providing accurate information and securing rights to any materials they supply.

3. Content and intellectual property

Ownership, licensing, organic or paid usage, territories, duration, editing rights and exclusivity for campaign content are determined by the written agreement for that campaign. Do not assume that payment for content automatically grants unlimited reuse or advertising rights. Unless stated otherwise, website text, branding, original graphics, code and digital products published by KR Influence are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

4. Digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment and verification. Product descriptions, included files, format and delivery method are shown on the relevant product page. Do not redistribute, resell or publicly share paid digital files unless the product licence expressly permits it.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, whose terms may apply to the transaction. We do not ask you to send card passwords, OTPs or banking credentials by email or WhatsApp. Payment schedules and any creator payments must be confirmed in the applicable written agreement.

6. Third-party links

We may link to third-party websites and tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

7. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but do not guarantee that every page, resource, estimate or third-party integration will always be complete, current or uninterrupted. No specific reach, engagement, leads or sales are guaranteed unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
